Her Campus Berkeley teamed up with Bumble to kick off an exciting promotional campaign for three diverse platforms - Bumble Date, Bumble BFF, and Bumble Bizz.
The goal? To connect students not only for dating, but also for networking and friendships. This project involved hosting an on-campus event, leveraging social media, and promoting Bumble's unique features and benefits.
At the heart of our campaign was a "Blooming into Spring" flower-making booth strategically positioned in a high-traffic area on the UC Berkeley campus. This creative approach aimed to grab students' attention, offering not only a fun, hands-on activity, but also prompting people to sign up for Bumble's three platforms. The booth was a hit, drawing in over 300 attendees throughout the day. Additionally, our combined efforts successfully led to the registration of over 25 new Bumble users.
But our campaign didn't stop there. We extended our promotional actions to Instagram, posting a recap and stories from the event. Our strategy was met with a great response, generating over 12k interactions on Instagram, and even got a repost from Bumble’s official Instagram account.
