Welcome to the Estée Lauder campaign! Our partnership began when Estée Lauder sent our organization their latest Nutritious Collection, a line designed to inspire self-confidence and wellness.
Our objective? To support the launch of their brand new beauty line and expand brand relevance and engagement with college students.
To align with the wellness-centric theme of the Nutritious Collection, I coordinated a yoga session as a part of our promotional activities. The session was aimed at emphasizing the importance of physical movement, social connection, and the prioritization of physical and mental health. Samples of the products were handed out to participants during the event.
We also received 1000 samples from Estée Lauder’s Nutritious line, including their 2-in-1 Foam Cleanser, Radiant Essence Lotion, and Nutritious Melting Soft Cream, along with some exclusive merchandise (pop-sockets and headbands) to be distrubited on UC Berkeley campus. To maximize our impact, I collaborated with fellow student organizations focused on beauty and skincare. We even made an appearance at a student gala, setting up a pop-up desk so attendees could experience the products firsthand.
To keep our journey well-documented and engaging, I leveraged Instagram. This included posts about our sampling initiatives, Instagram Stories underlining the necessity of a nutritious skincare routine during stressful finals season, and our personal experiences with the product line. Our Instagram Stories included 'Get Unready With Me After a Workout' content, with each story addressing a particular skin concern tied back to the Nutritious line's benefits. In addition to aesthetic shots of the products, I incorporated mandatory hashtags (#Nutritious, #EsteePartner, #ad) and incorporated royalty-free music to engage viewers. The result? We connected with over 500 students through our sampling efforts and achieved 2000+ impressions on Instagram.
